Well I did it.... no sugar touched my lips for a whole week!It was hard, it was rough, it wasn't any fun at all...but after all that torture I think I am going to TRY it again for a second week!

I must be crazy! I must be insane! I think my brain is a little whacky... I'm guessing it's due to the fact it's lacking gobs of glucose!
